Sunday night-
... jogged 3.2k...
just as i was passing him, he stops and asks,
"hi, what's your name?"
pause.
turns around, guarded "why?"
..secs of silence, awkward pause.."No, I just thought you look sweet and want to know you"
long pause...puzzled, bemused expression..
shakes head "Maybe next time"
-hurry baby, hurry home-
interesting Monday..non-crisis management.
the day just seemed to cruise by and i could do my fave- writing/ copy-editing.
certain things just give me a kick.
Even more surprisingly, everyone seemed to be in a pretty good mood!
Despite having a bit of a "feel-like-i'm-a-hamster" at the whim of client mood...I got to get OUT and buy coffee for everyone which i embrace wholeheartedly!
