It was an enjoyable event at Wine Symphony last week. Think it was really an opportunity for the Committee members to get to know each other better as well. Amongst us, we've even uncovered an avid photographer! It was also good getting to know some of the other UQ alumni, who knew some other acquaintances of mine. It's a pity some of those acquaintances were not able to make it but sure looks like we're set on the right direction ... I'm really hoping that we can get better events going that more people will be interested in. Perhaps something that recreates being in UQ? With the Facebook account ongoing i think we will be able to attract more people to join and be aware of the events but it's that extra push they need to come along for events.
