remember back when we were all young, naive, simple?
our world view was so small.
we didn't really have that much to wonder about
just simplicity.

and then we started to grow up.
things started to get complicated
we worry over the most senseless things
we worry about whether or not that boy likes us, whether we really like him
we doubt ourselves, our capabilities.
we are essentially being put to the test.
we are treated like dirt
we get stronger because of it
or wallow in our own miserable existence.
miserable.

i think sometimes we come across those who are actually adding more to our lives than they themselves will come to realise
we become grateful.
we open up
we accept
we trust
but can we really hold on to this trust?
what about those we think we can trust but really can't?
i used to think i really can't play the political game..
now i'm not so sure
just have an overview
do your own work
and be happy.
