I miss... him.
Don't know why and yet, i think i do know.
Just the feeling of being looked after somehow and yet listened to?
ha i even miss bickering what kinda nuts does that spell?
Really.
Have very pointed moments i miss sometimes.
Flashbacks?
SA basketball court. late at night feeling -safe and warm.
SA council room couch late. feeling cold.hitting the shower rooms icy cold water.
SA 2.4km run. side by side. till the end.
Bris. walking in the fast-reddening sky.
West End. happiness is me.
Home @ 42Durham. The OC on tv, couch. Food cooking.. winter, using the heater. miss that!
Another incident. Hail. exciting stuff! Scary. .. my fridge.. making strange noises.
The security buzzer.. letting ole bran in.
I'd just kill to invite a bunch of friends back to my old bris home and just chill our live there for a week or two! Man!...
And with that i now recall where i first heard and fell in love with this song. It was round about the time i'd just gone to Brissy at 19. New to the place, with Bran and Alan bringing me grocery shopping in that huge "Telstra" van of his! it's been six whole years!

Reading your post made my heart swell and chest tightened. I first heard that song in Brissy too...becos Mark kept playing the song =)It was lovely. I miss those moments...
